About.

Who I Am

I built Wascooked from lived experience, not theory. My background sits across holistic care, human behaviour, pressure environments, and the moments where people quietly fall out of alignment. I've seen what happens when someone slips — and what happens when they finally arrive at the moment where change becomes possible.

Why This Exists

My daughter nearly lost her dad at 16. That was the point where everything shifted.

But recovery doesn't erase the past — it just gives you a chance to see it clearly.

In the five years since, I've watched the hurt continue in ways most people never notice. My daughter has spent twelve years in the same school community — twelve years of friendships, pressure, identity, and quiet moments that shape who she is becoming. Some of those connections she won't understand until she's older. Some of them already carry weight.

Wascooked was created because I've lived both sides of that story — the slip, the recovery, and the long tail of impact that follows families for years. It exists for the people who refuse to let that slip continue, and for the communities that hold our kids long before they realise how much those years mattered.

The Human Approach

I don't work with people as problems. I work with them as ecosystems — connected, pressured, shaped by environment, and capable of change when the right shift is made. My approach is simple: lived experience, holistic care, clear communication, and one aligned step that brings life back into rhythm.

Arrival

You're not late. You're arriving at the moment your life finally has room for. Human systems don't change early or late — they change when alignment becomes possible.

What I Do

I help individuals, teams, and youth environments find that aligned shift. Not through clinical language or complex frameworks, but through grounded, human-first work that makes sense in real life.

One shift changes everything.

The question is which shift brings everything back into alignment.

Flow doesn't return on a schedule. It returns when you step into the place you were meant to stand.
